ANC
Administration, Staff, and Faculty

American National College (ANC) is designed to offer coursework exactly as if one was taking the course in the United States. With this goal in mind, we have created a blend of Sri Lankan, American, and international administration, staff, and faculty. The academic administration of ANC is staffed by American employees. The operations and facilities are managed by Sri Lankan employees. Our admissions staff is a combination of Sri Lankans and Americans.

More than half of our faculty are American citizens, and all of our faculty are trained in the methodology of our host universities and all courses are approved by our host universities. The host Universities are primarily American, but arrangements are being made with PresNet member institutions in Canada and the United Kingdom to allow for easy transfer to those countries as well.

Before joining American National College as President of the Board of Trustees, Mark L. Hopkins (pictured above) served as President of three separate Colleges in the United States. His combined tenure at these institutions exceeded twenty five years. Dr. Hopkins has also served on the Board of Patten International, and served as Executive Director for the Presidents' Network, the Association of Colleges and Universities working with Ceylinco Consolidated on the ANC project.
