PresNet offers numerous consortia: each with a focus in a different service area. More services are on the drawing-board for future development. The Network invites your inquiry and possible participation.

THE RECRUITMENT CONSORTIUM : This service unit allows member schools to pool resources to identify and recruit qualified foreign students. the PresNet process for identification and recruitment of students utilizes contacts with language schools, international high schools, Embassies, USIA, etc., as well as direct mail to those who have taken the SAT & TOEFL tests from around the globe.
THE STUDENT SCREENING CONSORTIUM: PresNet is now acting as a clearing house for credentialling of foreign students. We will process all of the foreign applications, cross reference the transcripts, provide a list to the institution of those students meeting their requirements, and we will then send the turn-down letters to those students that the institution does not accept. The institution makes all of the decisions. PresNet is able to offer the disappointed students a common application for other member institutions. Thus, each student that is turned down is offered the possibility of attending another PresNet member institution.
THE STUDENT INSURANCE CONSORTIUM: PresNet now offers insurance coverage. Participants in this service "pool" their resources into one large group. Why spend valuable budget money on insurance when you car receive better coverage at a lower price?
THE STUDENT JOB PLACEMENT CONSORTIUM: PresNet offers job placement to international graduate students in order to take advantage of the 12 to 18 month grace period provided in the I-20 Visa. PresNet locates and secures a job for the graduating student in their field of study. Students pay a fee based upon the salary of the position. The student gains valuable experience and the employer gets a real bargain employee.
THE OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING/HOMESTAY CONSORTIUM: This service unit is designed to improve the living situation for students attending institutions that do not have enough on-campus housing. PresNet words directly with the student services administration of the institution, the owners/managers of available housing units, and local residents interested in providing off-campus opportunities for students. This program is administered by Homestay Services International of San Diego, California.

PresNet Educational Ventures have been launched in Sri Lanka, India, Korea, and plans are underway for our first American Campus.
Your professors (* PresNet can aid in hiring adjunct professors or local professors who meet your adjunct hiring requirements)
We can help you establish partnerships and programs abroad.
*Build a new campus
*Create a feeder institution that will provide a steady stream of international students to your institution
*Send your students abroad to a stable and secure location, to housing you established, with professors you trained.
PresNet has used a 2+2 system to provide core courses on the new campus. Most students can take one or two years of courses before needing to transfer to the home campus. This is ideal for students from the host country who can take your courses while saving money. Depending upon language requirements, ESL courses may be taken concurrently or some courses can even be taught in the host country language. After a foreign student has exhausted their coursework, they can transfer to the US to complete their degree. American students can share the campus with students from the host country. It is a controlled academic environment that still meets the assimilation needs of many study abroad programs.
